Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions of use between MoonshotWorks ("Company") and the user ("User" or "End-User") in connection with the BabyStamp mobile application ("App" or "Licensed Application") provided by the Company.

These Terms are concluded between the Company and the User only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. These Terms do not conflict with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Service Overview

1. BabyStamp is an iOS-based application that allows users to record, manage, and analyze infant and toddler care activities, including feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, baby food, pumping, and diary entries.
2. The App is designed to allow core features to be used without logging in. Data storage, synchronization, and sharing methods may vary depending on login status and features selected by the User.
3. The App provides the following data processing methods:
   • On-device local storage
   • Account (ID)-based data synchronization and sharing for logged-in users
   • iCloud (CloudKit) synchronization for Diary entries only

Article 3. Eligibility and Conditions

1. The App is available only on Apple devices running iOS 18.0 or later.
2. Users must agree to the Apple App Store Terms of Use and these Terms.
3. Users under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a legal guardian to use the App.

Article 4. Scope of License

1. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
2. The User may use the App on any Apple-branded products that the User owns or controls, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
