1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swipe Pic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MoonshotWorks Team ("we," "us," or "our"), located in the Republic of Korea.

2. Description of Service

Swipe Pic is a photo organization application that allows you to:

• View photos from your device's storage
• Organize photos using swipe gestures
• Move unwanted photos to a trash folder
• Manually recover photos from trash
• Manually delete photos permanently from trash

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on your personal devices
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access all free features currently available

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes
• Redistribute or resell the app
